Dr. Tamara S. Greene, MD
Dr. Tamara S. Greene, MD is a board-certified neurologist with specialized expertise in headache management, neuromuscular disorders, and electrodiagnostic testing. Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry-PreMed from Xavier University and her Doctor of Medicine degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine. She completed her neurology residency and dual fellowships in Clinical Electrophysiology and Clinical Neuromuscular Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. Greene diagnoses and treats a wide range of neurologic conditions, including headaches, seizures, strokes, dementia, and other memory disorders. She is one of the few neurologists with extensive experience in personal injury cases and serves as a designated BAP provider and Qualified MAF Physician through the NFL Concussion Settlement Program. Additionally, she offers in-office EMG/NCS testing and Botox® treatments for chronic migraines, spasticity, and cosmetic concerns.
Dr. Dong Wang, MD
Dr. Dong Wang, MD, is a distinguished headache management specialist, with 35 years of experience. Graduating from Shandong University School of Medicine in 1989, Dr. Wang completed his residency at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. His career is marked by extensive post-doctoral training at Columbia University’s Department of Neurology, where he served from August 1996 to June 2008. Dr. Wang is renowned for his research contributions in neurology, focusing on Glut-Deficiency Syndrome and Pyruvate Carboxylase Deficiency. He has published over 30 original research papers in reputable journals, establishing himself as a leading authority in these areas. His dedication to advancing neurological treatments was recognized with the prestigious American Academy of Neurology Alliance Awards: S. Weir Mitchell Award in 2011, underscoring his significant impact on the field.
Noemi L. Wendt, RT, CCMA
Noemi is a Radiologic Technologist and C-Arm operator with 13 years of experience in the Medical, X-ray, and Procedural health care field. She earned her degree as a Radiologic Technologist in 2013. She later decided to continue her education by getting her certification as a CCMA in 2020. She loves fishing, hiking, spending time outdoors, grilling, and cooking for her friends and family.
Matt Obstarczyk
Director of Marketing and Business Operations
At Rapid Recovery, Matt specializes in Marketing and Business Operations, as well as scheduling and screening patients using The EyeBox, a cutting-edge medical device for concussion and head trauma assessment. He works closely with neurologist Dr. Greene, who analyzes each patient’s results and develops personalized care plans. Matt graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Minor in Marketing. Originally from Royal Oak, MI, he’s called Alpharetta, GA home since 2005. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, playing ice hockey, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
